And when you don’t manifest from your thoughts AND emotions, you instead manifest from your subconscious conditioning that teaches you where to put your attention, what to think, how you feel, and what you think is possible.

Simply put, your thoughts tell you where you are focused. When you dive deep into your thoughts and dissect them, you will find that they are based on your beliefs and subconscious programming, which in turn impacts your reality.
This is why it is essential to be more aware of what you choose to focus on and examine your beliefs. Your attention will also help you identify the current state of your vibrations and how aligned they are with what you want to manifest in your life.
How Thoughts Become Powerful
Your thoughts, basically, have no power. It’s only when you actively invest your attention that the power starts to seem real. Therefore, you shape your reality. When you engage in specific thoughts, you begin to feel emotions caused by these thoughts and then enter an emotional state that influences how you act.
It’s all about your engagement with the thoughts that run through your head. If you engage with more empowering thoughts, this will trigger your emotions, which in turn create a domino effect that leads to your actions.

As mentioned, your thoughts alone cannot change your reality, but it is in the way you act and behave that defines who you are and your experiences in life.
That said, all your issues are nothing more than a thinking problem. The real issue here is how you think about the problem, not your circumstances.
