In other words,
it’s always the invisible things that block us from receiving what we really want.
If your frequency is not aligned with what you desire, it cannot enter your life.
What’s more…when there is something misaligned in your life,
it will always show up first as a misalignment in your energy field,
then it will manifest in your physical reality.
That’s because your energetic field,
or your energy body is in constant communication and interaction with the world around you.
When it comes to the seven chakras,
it’s the root chakra that governs money, prosperity, abundance,
and your relationship to financial issues.
Healing the root chakra is something you need to see as an ongoing journey.
It’s not necessarily something you can do in one day.
Healing the root chakra is about changing your relationship to the energy of money
and focusing on the easy flow of energy, rather than striving and hustling.
Anyone can decide to work harder, and try to create more wealth through intense effort.
And that’s perfectly possible, of course.
But what I am saying is that in order to truly receive effortless financial abundance,
you need to be vibrating on the abundance wavelength,
which is nothing to do with pushing and hustling.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t work hard at your passions and push yourself,
because of course, that is part of being excited, passionate, and motivated about what you do.
But what I am saying is true wealth, does not come from the grind alone.
It comes from dancing through life on a wave length
that simply magnetizes money towards you with less mental strain and effort.
When you heal your root chakra,
you open yourself to real prosperity and abundance through a higher vibration.
The frequency of true wealth and financial abundance is one of trust, faith, excitement, gratitude, and belief.
It is NOT one of fear, scarcity, lack and negativity.
So, how do you heal your root chakra?
The most important thing you can do is to focus on a sense of grounding and centering yourself daily.
When you have a solid foundation, you set the tone for everything else.

You will find it much easier to trust and feel grateful and excited, when you are grounded in your body and mind.

2. Writing and journaling.
3. Grounding on the earth.
4. Yoga Nidra.
5. Walking meditation.
6. Strengthening and moving the physical body.
7. Collect stones, shells, flowers and things of the earth.
8. Communal drumming or chanting.
9. Clearing meditations.
My biggest tips for healing money blocks
When you think about money and start to sink into old patterns of scarcity and fear about paying bills,
or never being able to afford what you want, etc.
STOP.
Switch your mindset!
- Focus on ideas.
- Focus on excitement.
- Focus on gratitude.
- Lead with your heart.
- Focus on living with authenticity.
- Stop comparing.
Use these affirmations or mantras to help lock you into the right frequency daily.
I am grounded and secure in my being.
I am worthy, capable, and resilient.
I magnetize the wealth I desire.
I am abundant and prosperous.
