Most things on email or social media are negative. It’s rare to see something good first thing in the morning. Instead, you’ll likely see negative news, disasters or how someone else has a better life than you (or so they say).

This is a horrible way to start as the first hours of your day will determine how your entire day will be.

So let me teach you what to do and how to manifest what I want from the first minutes of the day. You don’t have to follow this identically but build a routine similar to this one.

1. Visualization.

It is very important for me to look at the end of the day and think how awesome this day was. So basically, I close my eyes and imagine it’s evening.

what did you do

Who made me smile?

What tasks have you completed?

I look back at my day and I can see this amazing day full of joy and victories.

2. Affirmations

I speak out loud what I want to be. I say things to myself like “I am strong, confident and can accomplish anything I put my mind to” or “Every day I am getting better and better in every way”.

Some people like to do it only in front of the mirror. I don’t think it matters as long as you put the energy behind it. If you speak in a neutral and depressed voice, then it won’t work. Speak cheerfully and as loudly as you can without shouting. Put your body into it, your spirit, your everything.







Act like you are telling a friend that he won $10.000.000, with enthusiasm and joy. This is how you make affirmations work.

3. Gratitude

You get more of what you focus on. If you focus on what you lack, you will have more than the negative. If you focus on what you already have, you will have more blessings.

The most successful and happiest people I know are successful in their mind and heart first and then in the real world. They are feeling like kings regardless of whether they have $500 or $500,000 in their bank account because they focus on what works, not what doesn’t.

You need to do the same.

A good method is to write a series of questions, print them, put them in plastic and put them on the wall of your shower. That way, while you are taking your morning shower, you can remind yourself of all that is great in the world.

Here are a few questions you can try:







Who loves me?

Who do I love?

What’s great about my job?

What’s great about the place I’m living in?

What’s so great about today?

What’s so great about my health?







What’s great about my personality?

What do I have now that some time ago was just a dream?

You get the point. Focus on questions that trigger the positive. Avoid the word “why” as much as possible, as it is difficult to use it to get your blessings.

You can also keep a gratitude journal and keep track of these. In some bookstores you can find special gratitude journals that are specially formatted for you to write down what is good in your life. If not, get an empty one, you don’t have to pay extra.

4. Journaling

You have to be careful with this because for many people, journaling is a perfect place to rant and rave about how hard life is. I know it is for me. This is good because it eliminates negative emotions by releasing them but at the same time, focusing on all the negatives.







If you know you are the person who complains a lot while journaling, then it is best to avoid it. But if you can focus on the positive and not treat it as an emotional catharsis (we’ll cover that in a second), then journaling can do wonders for you, bringing you clarity and inner peace.

5. Exercise

I don’t believe in exercising to look better. I believe you are beautiful the way you are. However, he also exercises

I’ve found that when I’m stressed or overwhelmed, running for 30 minutes is the best thing I can do for myself. I feel clear minded and happy afterwards. It’s like a superpower.

And if you exercise, you also get sick less often (nowadays I almost never get cold) and flood your body with endorphins, the happy chemical.

6. Plan your day

You are creating your world along with the universe. The universe cannot do this alone. Yes, you can manifest miracles and you will but you still have to act. LOA works when you do.

If you go into your day without knowing what to accomplish, guess what? You will not accomplish much. So make a list of three or five things you want to do today and then have faith that the universe will open all the doors you need to make it happen.

7. Listen to brainwave entrainment.

It took me a long time to make this a habit but once I did, I uploaded my morning ritual and my results.

I discovered that putting on my headsets and listening to 20 – 30 minutes of brainwave entrainment has the same effects as several hours of meditation. That’s why I don’t even meditate, it doesn’t make sense when I can get the same benefits with a tenth of the effort.

Why?

It makes me calm. It brings me joy. After listening to brainwave entrainment, I feel like I had a chocolate cake. It fills my body with endorphins. And while I can’t explain how it works, it also makes it much easier to manifest what I want. I find that on the days I listen to brainwave entrainment, my vision for the day comes true almost 100%.

On the days I don’t do this it drops to maybe 50%.

Again, I have no idea why it works so well but it does.
