Learn to Focus Your Energy on What you Actually Want

Manifestation is about focused energy.

Your life will always reflect whatever you are energetically focused on — Not what you think you want in your mind.

It is essential to remember this because many people think they are focusing on what they want but in fact they are focusing on what they do not want vibrationally.

Sometimes people think that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work because their desires don’t show up. They did not realize that they were simply not resonating with the correct frequency vibrationally.

The word NO or the words “I don’t want” have no energetic equivalent.

I mean, if you’re grieving, and you say –

“I don’t want to be unemployed”

“I don’t want this extra weight”

“I don’t want this debt”

“I don’t want this disease”

The Quantum Energy Field responds by simply bringing more vibrational energy in resonance with what is being focused on.

In other words — you get more of what you don’t want because that’s where your energy is being focused.

On the “no” and the “He doesn’t want to”and the Fear.

See how important it is to learn to focus your energy only on the things you want?

You may not even realize how much energy you are focusing in the wrong direction until you really start to notice it.

It’s so normal to have doubts and insecurities and anxieties in life, but are they running the show? Check it out and get really honest about it.

You have to stop and literally pull all your energy away from the things that stress you out and make you unhappy. You have to refocus that energy into a new and different reality.

One that makes you feel happy. One that makes you feel excited and good and full of gratitude.

How do you learn to focus your energy on what you want?

The first step is to take full responsibility for your thoughts and understanding that you and you alone have the discipline to direct your attention to what you want.

It is not good to say, “Oh but I can never focus, and I have problems with discipline.”

This may be true, but unless you decide to make an effort to shift your focus, nothing will change.

I don’t want to sound harsh, but it’s the truth. You have to understand how powerful you are as the creator of your own life. There are no limits, other than those you create.

The Universe is full of infinite possibilities. The only obstacles are the ones you have in your thoughts, perceptions and beliefs.

The power of focus is one of the most important things your mind can do.

When you are good at directing focus, life becomes an effortless dance that you are leading, and even in those moments where you may feel that you are not leading, you are in beautiful surrender to divine timing with deep faith and gratitude.

Here are some of the ways I keep my focus on what I want.

I identify the top 3 – 4 priorities in my life.

These are things I can take meaningful action on every single day.

These will be different for everyone. Decide which ones are yours.

They can be your health (physical and spiritual), your job, your finances, your relationships, or a specific project.

Next, I set meaningful goals around these priorities.

I define small ways in which I can make progress every day.

I develop empowering habits to support myself.

I meditate every day.

I visualize myself in my new reality.

I try to start each day with a focused energy that illuminates me and lifts me to a higher frequency.

Whenever I get knocked off course, as no doubt happens to all of us, I remember to check-in back with my frequency.

I may catch myself focusing negatively on the outcome of something I have to do, or realize that I am constantly worried about an element of my health.

Sometimes I still surprise myself where my attention tends to go on certain subjects! But all it takes is the discipline to check in with those thoughts and change them.

Trust me, the more you do it, the easier it gets. As long as it’s just a part of your life.

My final advice for focusing energy is this – Commit to it.

Don’t let it slide.

Don’t just say, I want, and intend to focus better.

She really committed herself to it.

Make it a non-negotiable part of your life to be aware of your thoughts and to deliberately focus your attention on the things you want more of.

Affirmations and vision boards are great tools, but they don’t amount to much in the end your energy is not focused in the right direction.

Everything in this Universe is about energy.

That’s what comes first. So check in with yours, discover where you are vibrating energetically, and devise a plan for yourself to begin deliberating to refocus your energy only towards what you actually want more of.
