I would like to show you a method of manifestation that is close to my heart.
I have been using this approach for several years and it works like magic.
It is simple to do, it is specific and I invite you to try it as soon as you finish this article.
This approach is called 5 x 55
The 5 x 55 approach to manifesting your desires is taking the world by storm!
Essentially, you determine what you really want in life and create an affirmation along the lines of “I can do it”.
Writing that same affirmation fifty-five times a day, for a period of five days will encourage you to really internalize this message and act on it.
Whether it’s in your manifesting journal or somewhere else – like an app on your phone – this technique has been proven to be successful and can help you achieve even your most ambitious goals.
With 5 x 55, giving up on your dreams is no longer an option!
Let’s go through each individual step.
I suggest you start with something small, instead of a huge goal.
I am telling you this because I want you to build your trust and faith in the Law of Attraction.
As you know, the Law of Attraction works on a vibrational level so you need to have faith in it to manifest your desires.
If you say something like “I want a million dollars”, you will never believe that it is possible.
You won’t get the vibration needed to do it.
But if you set a small and realistic goal, then it will be in the realm of what you think is possible and what you are willing to accept, what you feel worthy of and you will be much more likely to achieve.
This idea, and this strategy is true across the board.
Too many people try to use the Law of Attraction with life changing results before they are ready to believe it is possible.
LoA works and gives you $1.000.000 as easily as $1.000 but it is your faith that makes the difference.
If you have never manifested before, then I guarantee that you will not believe that you can attract a million dollars in your life.
If you focus on $1,000 and then manifest it, you build faith.
You know this is the real thing.
You may believe in the Law of Attraction but you are probably doing so on a mental level.
You agree with it but you don’t have that inner conviction that comes from experience.
Your mind can only go so far and experiencing something is far more compelling than understanding it.
Once you have decided on your goal, it is time to decide on your affirmation.
A basic pattern is “I am _____”.
This is very versatile because it can cover both transformational and objective goals.
A transformation goal is when you have achieved some kind of personal transformation.
Examples are “I am happy”, “I am excited”, “I am healthy”, “I am beautiful”.
An objective goal is something outside of you like “So excited that I received a raise at work” or “So excited that the publisher accepted my book” or “So excited for this new job that I am. I received”.
Express your emotion about what you want to happen as it has already happened.
This is very good for writing goals too, in the past, so you can convince your subconscious mind that it has already happened.
So to me, such an assertion would look like this:
“I’m so excited to fill all the seats in my new manifesting workshop”.
You can be much more specific than this, using numbers, be precise but at the most basic level, express the emotion you are feeling and the outcome that will happen as if it already did.
Third, before you write it, I want you to see it.
This is perhaps even more important than putting it on paper. Do you know why?
Because the electromagnetic field of your mind and your heart are important in the process of manifestation. In your mind, it’s all about images.
She looks at you and sees yourself as a winner, as you have already received what you want.
It’s about building a mental movie of you at the finish line, whatever that line is.
But what is even more important is your heart, to be more specific, your emotions. Involve as many senses as possible.
What do you hear? What does it taste like? what do you smell How do you feel?
Most people, when they visualize, focus only on the visual. I want you to use all five senses.
I want you to feel the wind on your skin, the smell of the ocean, the sound of the waves hitting the shore, the sight of the ocean in front of you, and even the salty taste of the air.
Let’s assume you want a new car.
You closed your eyes. Relax. Breathe deeply.
Imagine yourself behind the wheel of this new car. Imagine everything in great detail.
Choose the color of the skin. What music do you listen to on the stereo?
What do you hear outside the car? How does it feel to sit on a chair?
How does it smell? Like a new car? Or maybe some luxury perfume?
What does it feel like in your mouth? Maybe the menthol from the toothpaste?
The more it enters consciousness, the more real the image becomes. And that image is like a mail you send to the universe. It is a request to make it happen.
It’s not always easy. Sometimes your mind can wander.
When this happens, gracefully bring your attention back.
Don’t think about what you will do later or what you did yesterday. Focus on the image you want to manifest.
This is something you can do often, with or without the 5 x 55 process. It is the main tool in your toolkit as a manifestation expert.
Do this for five minutes or ten minutes or as long as you can. The more, the better but what is really important here is how much intention you put in, not the length of time.
Now transition to writing your affirmation. Keep the same emotions you had before. The purpose of the visualization session is to prime you, to put you in the right heart frame.
To help you understand, imagine you are writing a letter to a loved one.
A love letter or a letter to your best friend.
Bring that enthusiasm and passion where your hand is moving too slowly because you want to write faster because you want to express yourself a lot.
You don’t want to write this passively because it won’t help you.
It is not the writing itself that makes a difference, it is your ability to raise your vibration to the level where it can manifest.
You cannot change your vibration, not directly. You can only use your emotions to do this.
Your emotions are the switch, the toggle for your vibration while your imagination is the designer, the architect that tells the universe what you desire.
The last thing here that I want to tell you, which will also shed more light on the Law of Attraction.
Do you need to write it 55 times? No.
If you believe you need to do it 40 times, do it 40 times. 55 is just an arbitrary number.
Not relevant. What is relevant is that you believe in the process and have faith in it.
I know people who do variation 66 or variation 33. It doesn’t matter.
If you bring your emotions to this if you switch that “emotional intensity” toggle to 5 / 5 and if you see and make your result a reality in your mind, you will manifest.
The law of Attraction is more like dancing than math.
When you dance, if you feel the rhythm, then you can dance well without following a pattern. Mathematics instead focuses on strict formulas.
Once you learn to raise your emotional state to a very high level and use your imagination properly, then you will manifest with ease, using 5 x 55 or any other method you want.
