Back to Abundance: Mastering the Art of Envisioning

Whether you’re pursuing meditation, yoga, music, sports, or elevating your financial awareness, there comes a point where progress feels stagnant.

That’s when it’s time to go back to basics.

Just like embracing a beginner’s mindset, resetting our approach to manifesting abundance can bring remarkable results. Stripping away the excess and starting anew holds immense value.

Don’t rush or burden yourself – remember, simplicity often leads to greatness.

Imagine having countless vision boards, crystals, and endless hours of meditation, yet still lacking the essential high-vibrational emotions needed to transform your life.

What’s the point?

Creating your reality and living purposefully shouldn’t be an endless path of challenges.

It’s not easy, of course – it requires dedication to recognize and change conditioned emotions and thoughts that hold you back.

But ultimately, true manifestation is about finding joy and hope.

When doubt and frustration hit, take a pause.

When progress seems out of reach, stop and reassess.

Discover the power of simplicity in manifesting abundance and unlock the path to a joyful, purposeful life.

Writing Exercise To Get You Unstuck

Take it right back to the basics. Take out a paper and pen and write down several (let’s say two minimum) thoughts, emotions, habits, or behaviors that you feel no longer serve your life and that you would like to change.

Journal around these for a while. Go deep into what they mean and what it is about them that you don’t want to keep around. Let yourself truly imagine not only what it would be like, but importantly what it would feel like to no longer have those things in your life.

The idea is to become aware of them so that they no longer slip into your way of being without you noticing. You become so aware of them, that you know how they impact your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings.

In other words, become conscious of your unconscious behavior.

Those negative things have been holding you back, dictating your actions every day, and repeating the same things that don’t move you forward. They are part of your unconscious programming.

Now, take a piece of paper and write down two or three things that you do want to practice more of. Thoughts, beliefs, habits, or behaviors that you would like to create more of.

Journal around these and put yourself into the place of having them as your conscious programming instead of those negative beliefs. Think about them with firm intention and attention.

Go into a sort of mental rehearsal of how you might act as someone with these beliefs in place of your old ones. Journal about how you could behave in certain situations as someone with these new intentions.

The trick is to really feel as though you are experiencing life in a different way, as this person with these new thoughts, feelings, and habits.

I’m going to share a little secret of mine with you. This is something I do before any big meeting, date or event that helps when trying to integrate this vision of a new self into your body too.

Practice standing in a power pose and close your eyes.

A power pose can be something like standing with your legs apart and your hands on your hips. Lift your chest to the sky and your chin upwards.

Stand and meditate for a few moments on the feeling of being this new self.

Remember how the brain cannot distinguish between the imagined and the real?

This is the case with imagining yourself feeling differently in your new reality.

How does an abundant person live?

How do they talk, walk, eat, laugh, sing, and simply be?

How would it feel to be at work as an abundant person?

How does it feel to be with friends and family? How will each waking day of your life feel different as an abundant person?

The more you practice thinking, imagining, and feeling these changes, the more changes you will experience in your life as a result.

Just by going through these mental processes, your brain starts to experience the reality of your visualizations.

You are teaching your brain a new present instead of reliving the past over and over again.

The key to all of this is feeling these experiences emotionally.

The key is to remember that all of this is within you. You hold the power to change every detail of your life.

Stop waiting for something or someone to come along and change your life for you.

Start today and manifest abundance for yourself.
