You may not know, but the moon plays a big part in our lives.

It represents our emotional side, the one that is always in the shadows. It symbolizes the things we hide.
At each stage of the lunar cycle, from new moon to full moon, the moon is at a different distance from the earth.
Whether we pay attention to the phases of the moon or not, the monthly journey of the moon impacts our personalities, perspectives and lives.
Knowing the eight phases of the moon—four main phases and four intermediate phases—can lead to a deep realization of one’s own potential and the greater significance of the universe.
Each time we experience a Full Moon, we can decide what we want to let go of to make room for the new realities that allow us to realize our goals and realize our dreams.
Every New Moon is a good time to reflect on what we want to bring into the world and what we can do to make it a reality.
Once a month, at the Full Moon, we fully embody that newer, more evolved form of ourselves and reveal it to the world.
When the moon is full, we can embrace the person we are becoming without worrying about what others will think.
Every time there is a Full Moon you can ask yourself what it is that you personally need to balance, absorb and incorporate.
When you have figured out what you want from life, you are free to remove everything that is holding you back from achieving your full potential.
Although Full Moons can be emotionally challenging, they are necessary for you to realize your true potential and take the next step towards a more authentic expression of your skills.
Here’s a breakdown in detail for each phase of the moon:
• New moon
The New Moon is a time for new beginnings.
Each New Moon, you should take time to set intentions that you wish to materialize and bring into existence during the next monthly cycle.
You can try these examples. Develop a new relationship (or improve an existing one), attract more money, or inject a new lifestyle.
Now is the moment to write down our goals, whether in the pages of a journal or on a vision board.
Alternatively, write about your plans in your own Moon Journal.
• Waxing Crescent Moon
Now that you have determined what to manifest under the New Moon, this is the time to act.
The Waxing Crescent Moon brings optimism and enthusiasm as we set cycle goals.
Follow your aspirations and meditate during the Moon Moon Waxing Moon.
• First Quarter Moon
Since you already know what to manifest, the best thing to do this time is to concretize your goal.
Write down your next steps – what should you do when this happens, and what is your alternative?
Things like this are important to know. It is time to be clear with your goals so that you can manifest them successfully.
• Full Moon
The full moon shines light on everything, including our innate wisdom.
With the illumination of the Full Moon, we can take a step back and take a more objective look at our lives and the people in them.
Normally, the period around a Full Moon is one of letting go.
It’s time to ditch old habits, escape toxic relationships, and prioritize your health.
Many people take advantage of the Full Moon to loosen up and get into the cosmic flow by charging crystals or having a long, hot bath.
We are, after all, celebrating the moon in all its splendor.
• Waxing Gibbous Moon
It’s all about focusing on your feelings.
How do you feel right now? About the decision you made and the action you took?
Happy? Do you like where your life is going?
Bring more positivity into your life by using affirmations.
• Waning Gibbous Moon
This is the time to check in on the intentions you’ve set.
Are you able to push through what you want to manifest? Take a look at the bigger picture.
If there are any things you missed, you still have time.
But no rush, always find the time to enjoy where you are and how far you’ve come.
• Last Quarter Moon
This phase calls for cleaning. Let go of the things that no longer serve you.
This can be people, things, experiences, promises – anything that has already served its purpose in your life.
• Waning Crescent Moon
Before a new moon cycle begins, we are in the waning crescent phase.
Therefore, let us remain quiet and peaceful during this time.
We should not expect too much of ourselves, but rather take some time to recharge, clear our mind, and think.
Get some rest before you start the next part of your adventure in a few days.
Do you think this will help you manifest the life you desire?
