If you can’t leave the house, you can look at the greenery outside your house. If you have pictures of trees, you can also look at them before or while meditating.
One of the easiest ways to get into business is to visualize and create the life of your dreams. It can be a picture in your mind of what you want your day to look like, or even what you want your life to be like in ten years. Be as detailed as possible and while you’re at it, focus on all aspects and elements—what you’re wearing, who you’re with, etc., go deep and Visualize the life you want .
3. Think of something that calms you down
We all have that one place we can go to in our head where it relaxes us. Use this place to anchor yourself and contemplate it. It is a great way to relax and prepare you for your practice.
4. Use a Mantra
Often overlooked, mantras are actually a powerful brain hack. When you meditate. your mind becomes empty, ready to take whatever you want to give it. So, why not paint a happy picture?
To help you focus better on your meditation, use a mantra that is applicable to you. It can be as simple as “I am happy,” which you repeat in your head or say out loud during the course of your practice.
A mantra allows you to drive your subconscious where you want it to be.
5. Cover Your Eyes
Some people find it difficult to sleep when there is light. The same thing can be experienced when we meditate. One way to help you relax and focus is to cover your eyes with an eye mask or towel while meditating. Doing so puts you in the zone and relaxes your eyelids.
6. Listen to Binaural Beats
Binaural beats are becoming very popular these days as more and more people discover the benefits. When you hear it, it will match certain sound waves in your brain, bringing your mind into a more meditative state because they synchronize with your brain waves.
