1. Gratitude List
This is the easiest way you can use gratitude.
It is similar to the exercise I mentioned earlier. But this time, you take a pen and paper and list everything that comes to mind.
Write something whether it is big or small – from a stranger who opens the door for you or a message you received from a person you like, from the job you currently have, or from the house you are living in.
Writing all these down will allow you to look at all the amazing things you have in your life.
It allows you to focus on abundance instead of what you lack.

2. Energy of Gratitude
Since energy is the currency of the Universe, whatever you throw out, there is the same energy that will be given to you.
If you have been sending out negative energy through thoughts, feelings, or actions, you will attract the same energy.
But if you change and turn it into positive energy and work on your vibration, your life will look up.
You will begin to notice changes in your thoughts and emotions.
You can cultivate positive energy by starting your day with a heartfelt meditation.
3. Affirmation of Gratitude
These are statements that remind you of the things you are thankful for.
You can use them the moment you wake up, during the day, or before bed.
All you have to do is write down one thing you are grateful for at that moment and say it out loud.
Focus your energy there and feel the positivity raise the frequency you radiate.
