Keep in mind that the universe is always giving us something and it won’t stop because of a global pandemic. It’s giving us something based on the energy that we put out there.
One of the best things you can do is to be in that energy of gratitude.
You can create experiences that you are grateful for.
Today, with the majority of the population afraid, many unconsciously cut off receive abundance. The good news is that you don’t have to do the same thing.
Be careful. Pay attention to your energy. It is always creating for you. Focus on gratitude and believe that you are a powerful creator.
Use the Power of Gratitude
One of the most powerful magic is gratitude. When you express your appreciation for the things you have, you open channels for more flow in your life.
The universe always gives more to those who enjoy its gifts with appreciation. So every day, no matter how hard the situation is, reflect on things that are going well in your life. They don’t have to be big things, just think about all the good things in your life right now.
If it helps, you can list it. Make a journal of it so you have something to read back whenever you feel sad.
Nowadays, it is all too easy to get caught up in negative thinking patterns. The problem is, when you start thinking negatively, it carries through the day. Imagine a day that is completely ruined just because of one negative thought. Isn’t that a waste?
An effective way to eliminate these negative thoughts is to use affirmation. It’s amazing how your body and mind can feel when a negative thought is about to arise. Act quickly, and draw your affirmations. Counter the negative thought and repeat your affirmation several times until the negative thought goes away.
Try it—it’s effective! It takes a lot of practice and discipline, but once you turn it into a habit, you’ll have more good days.
Give it back
One of the best ways to foster feelings of abundance is by giving back. Sharing is powerful, and it doesn’t have to be in cash. You can share your thoughts, your company, or your time.
When you give back, you move from an internal place to something external. If you do this, your worries will lose their power and you will feel more abundant.
So, when you’re having a bad day, why not take a moment and help someone else? You can buy your boss a cup of coffee, or even just call someone and ask how they are doing. There are many ways to give back—use them.
