Level Up Your New Year Resolutions: Introducing New Year Manifestations

The New Year is almost here.

It’s amazing how time flies. They didn’t even realize that 2023 is upon us.

With that, I ask: Have you written your New Year’s Resolutions yet?

If you are not, I want to introduce you to the New Year Manifestations.

It’s a great way to set yourself up for a successful year ahead by focusing on positive outcomes and moving away from the traditional concept of resolutions.

Instead of making goals, the New Year’s Manifestations invite us to focus on what feels like making healthy choices and focus on the possibilities.

They often bring clarity and can make us feel more empowered rather than overwhelmed.

This is not like the resolutions you used to write before.

It’s not just about the things you want to accomplish or the things you want to change.

It is more than that.

You see, years and years before, we had to think about our resolutions for a long time.

It’s not something you randomly come up with overnight.

These are our goals, and it is important for us to reach them.

Let’s say you want to lose weight.

What do you do when the New Year arrives?

Buying new shoes, watching and trying new workout routines, anything to support your goal.

Plus, you feel really good about it. So, keep going.

Every day set aside 20 to 30 minutes of regular exercise.

But somehow, along the way, you lose it: drive, consistency and motivation.

We replace those intentions with excuses that bring us down, and make us feel like a failure.

Yes, I’m sure some have been successful. I want to congratulate those who are able to keep going.

For you, I want to tell you – YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE.

Now, how do we fight those resolution blues? Through demonstrations. It’s time to create a better and stronger year for you. Here’s how:

Reflect

Take time to look back to 2022. How did it go for you?

Analyze what happened this year and create a year-end review with the resolutions you had in mind for this year.

Ask yourself important questions:

  • What made me stop?
  • What did I do to keep going?
  • How do I feel about myself now?
  • What should I work on?

Knowing the answers to these questions will help you express what you lack and what you should work on.

Don’t just jump into it, “I am continuing my goal this 2023”.

Listen to what your mind and body have to say first.

Gratitude

Gratitude is a beautiful thing.

This allows us to think about all the great things that the Universe has given us.

Go ahead and write down all the things you are grateful for.

I am sure there are many. Be it big or small.

You are blessed with the gift of life and great health – these alone are enough to make you feel grateful.

Manifesto

After answering the questions and writing what you are grateful for.

It is time to write down your manifestations.

New Year’s celebrations should not make you drag yourself just to get it done.

It’s not supposed to make you feel obligated.

Instead, it should make you feel good and happy about it.

And it doesn’t have to be a long list.

It’s about manifesting a better year and a better you.

You can start with these questions:

  • What is my word or mantra for 2023?
  • What do I want to experience more in 2023?
  • What should I do for myself this 2023?

Once you are done writing down your answers to each one, these can be your New Year Manifestations. Immerse yourself in the mantra you created.

Whatever mantra you have created, focus your life around it and I am sure you will live a happier and more abundant 2023.

Be yourself this year. Strive for greatness because you can do anything!

You are a powerful and manifesting person – your mind is your power.

Take that power. Use it to create a Happy New Year, Happy New You.

Happy Manifestation!
