In manifestation and the Law of Attraction…
There is one thing that will help you do well.
And this is to write.
When it comes to attracting our desires, it is really different when we start by writing our intentions in our journal and go back to it when we feel that we are not walking the path we made for ourselves.
Writing is a form of release and when you leave yourself on paper, you see what you really want. And that is the beauty of it.
There is no stopping your thoughts from flowing, your hand starts to hurt a little but it’s all right. Through this exercise, you will learn more about yourself.
When I started writing my intentions years ago, it acted as the guide that led me to where I am today…talking with you and sharing my experience.
I want you to experience the same too. It’s not something too formal or something you have to do yourself.
Eventually it will turn into a habit when one begins to love it.
And the best thing about journaling is that all you need is a pen and paper or a journal.
That’s it. No other special tool to turn your wish into reality.
The positive release that comes from getting your thoughts down on paper is very beneficial to your mental state.
Did you also know that successful people throughout history have kept a journal?
From the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius to Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Frida Kahlo, and Oscar Wilde.
Visionaries throughout time have all seen the practicalities and purpose of keeping a journal.
Journal prompts
It is important to establish the environment you are in.
You will not be able to write down your thoughts in a peaceful way when you are in a crowded place or if it is too loud.
You can do this either in the comforts of your home, in the park, or even in a coffee shop.
What worked for me before was playing soft music in the background. I even prepared myself a cup of tea or coffee and that was it.
All these, helped me to relax and I am always ready to continue with my journaling session.
Before you write something using templates or prompts, it is better to start with free writing.
Set aside a page where you can write whatever you want.
No restrictions. Simply put pen to paper and shoot away!
Write about your feelings, thoughts, or something you are looking forward to.
This free writing session will help you relax your mind before getting into the details of what you want to manifest.
When you are done, you can now write using these prompts that I have prepared for you.
- What are my short term goals?
- What are my long term goals?
- What do I want now?
- I am happiest when…
- Five years from now, I see myself as…
- I struggle with my goals when…
- I believe in myself because…
- I believe in the power of the Universe because…
These are just some of the instructions you can try.
This is the way of “writing” to manifest and start today.
What do you think? Are you looking forward to doing this?
